The consultation covers basic selling information such as getting the house ready for sale and/or a recent list of houses that have sold in the area. The point of the conversation is to let them know you are there for them when they need your services. Our corporate customer service reps will also provide advisory services.
SellMyHouse.com offers 2 different FSBO programs?
For FSBO Affiliates who are just seeking to earn part-time income, we offer non-protected territories. They earn all profit over our wholesale cost on any advertising package they personally sell. For Affiliates who are seeking to turn this into a career, we offer protected territories at just $99 per month. They will continue to earn the profit on each sale and will also be forwarded all FSBO related clients in their market who visit the site via corporate marketing efforts.
