Orlando real estate seems to be picking up. Maybe it's because it was so bad here for so long. The gains in activity are mainly in the lower priced homes though where small time investors can buy cheaper homes and condos with cash. Sometimes we see as many as 20 offers on one property and they often sell for much higher than list price. The momentum is not diminishing here.
