Flat Fee MLS Listing Service
This service is a For Sale By Owner approach that utilizes a local Realtor® to list your property on the Multiple Listing Service for your area. Your property can then be seen by other Realtors® who are members of that MLS system.
Your property will be listed on the local MLS at a cost of around $399, which varies from city to city. You must also agree to pay an agent who brings you a buyer of 2% to 3%. If you find a buyer, you pay no additional commission.
