Leads From Our Investor Network


We generate leads from a variety of sources and websites. One type of lead comes from our Investor Network which will result in the question from the client "I thought you were going to buy my house?." It is critical to know how to approach these leads in order to explain the process.

When a lead comes in from one of these websites it immediately goes to our local investor for review. If a property meets one our investors criteria it is pulled out of the system. If the lead is processed and sent out to our Realtor network, then our investors were not interested in their home. The vast majority of our leads fit this scenario. The client still needs to sell their house so their only alternative at this point is traditional selling methods or our short sale/auction. If you get this question in the future please let the client know that their property will continue to be advertised to our investor network while listed with you but they need to seek alternative selling solutions, which you have. Our office always explains to each lead that we speak to that they obviously still need to get their house sold and that's where you come in.
