We have gotten a lot of questions related to training for our Partner Program. If you have had a chance to review the new marketing plan you realize that there are several areas that we can help you expand your client and lead bases. To make sure you have all the information you need to implement some or all of these strategies we plan to offer the following training platforms:
1. Mini Topic Recording Seminars
2. 1-Day In-market Training Seminar
3. 3-Day Kick Off Event
Our primary goal will be to expand your listing and investor bases as quickly as possible. If you have 5 listings our plan will be designed to get you to 20. 15 to 40. If you are an office, our plan will be larger in scale. We will also focus on capturing new buyers and investors that visit our website. In current market conditions you have to have at least 15 to 20 listings per agent to get on average 1 closing per month. Having a good mix of properties is also critical. In many parts of the country 'wholesale' property is about the only thing that sells with regularity. Having access to these type of properties is important.
Mini Topic Recording Seminars
Each mini topic recording will cover a specific technique or program that we offer that can be used to help our Realtors expand their client bases. Just click on the link for each topic. They typically last between 5-7 minutes each.
1-Day In-market Training Seminar
You pay travel expenses. (Coach airfare $200-$300 + Priceline 3* hotel $50-$75)
The goal of this training session is to develop a marketing plan specific to your situation and market. You will then begin implementing strategies to expand client bases.
o We will travel to your market and spend the entire day and evening with you and/or your team.
o We will show you exactly how to utilize some of our partner brands to target investors, buyers, and sellers.
o We will discuss in detail all of our systems and networks used to expand client bases. (investor & fsbo network, using our auction to get listings, etc)
o We will discuss how exactly to answer questions and objections from our investor network to improve conversion percentages.
o We will discuss techniques to best utilize our unbranded name as well as increasing exposure to your branded name.
o Short Sale training
o Creating leverage by using our brand with expired listings
o We will develop a marketing plan that fits your specific budget and maximizes exposure.
o We will explain our NEW CredMod program. (Helping home buyers purchase houses with poor credit from our investor network)
3-Day Kick Off Event
($1500 Fee + Travel Expenses)
The goal of this event is to develop a marketing plan and then begin implementation immediately. Our investor seminars are a tremendous way to create instant activity.
All of the above
.We will host an evening seminar with local investors to begin integration into your market. We will discuss in detail how we can help them buy property at discounted prices and sell their property thru our network to other investors and retail buyers. You will be introduced as our exclusive Partner who will help them with each and every transaction.
We will recruit and interview potential candidates for our FSBO/Advertising program. This network will be out actively advertising our name. Every buyer and listing opportunity from our FSBO network is routed back to our Realtor Partner. This program has proven to create a significant client base for our Realtors on its own.
We will meet with local foreclosure counselors, REO departments, etc to explain how we can help them liquidate property prior to foreclosure to dramatically reduce losses.
We will help you recruit NEW Realtors (if needed).
